This our new ambient air filter, the MC100.

Small, portable & very economical makes this filter a useful health & safety product that you cannot afford to do without, selling for under £100 in the shops you have no excuse not to look after your health.

This filter can be stood on the bench close to the workpiece or using the opional accessory mcc100 cradle it can be wall mounted , either to act as a general workshop air cleaner or over a machine,ideal over a lathe. If you have any decorating to do in the home, sanding skirting boards or door frames etc. Take the MC100 indoors and stop the dust from going all over the house.

The MC100 is suitable for coping with filtering a 12 cubic metre workshop.

The MC400 is ideal for a workplace up to 40 cubic metres in size.(single car garage)

It is compact and very ecomical to run, yet it will filter a 40 cubic metre room 10 times each hour.

This machine is best hung from the ceiling near the centre of the room.

This Filter is very versatile as it can be hung on a wall, using the keyhole slots on the foot, or it can be stood on a bench or shelf near the work.

Ideal for woodturners

Suitable for a 75 cubic metre worshop, a double garage is about 60 cu mtrs.

The MC 1000 has 3 major benefits over the model 400,  1  It is nearly three times the power, which makes it suitable for the larger workshop, up to 110 cubic metres. 2  it also is suitable for low ceilings because of its compact design. 3 It has the filter on the base of the body which makes it ideal for placing over the bench or machine to remove the problem dust at source.

This is a larger version of the MC400, it can easily cope with filtering a 120 cubic metre workshop 10 times an hour.

For the best effect it should be hung near the centre of the workplace or it can be sited near the machinery area.

Dimensions: 380mm high, 306 diameter.

This machine is the replacement for the MC2800 , it has more power, is quieter and nearly half the size.

It filters over 3000 cubic metres of air per hour and is suitable for a 300 cu mtr area on its own, several machines can be used in larger areas.

Powder coated on the outside and galvanised on all internal metalwork for a long life.

There are 4 x 100 watt motors and 4 individual filters, the air is filtered through  EU4 grade filters on 4 sides and clean air is vented through the top.

It has 4 brackets on the top for hanging the machine from the ceiling or other suitable points, steel cables with shackles should be used for this.

Overall size is 510 x 510 x 510 mm and the weight is 35 kgs.
